4. API Usage

Use of the GeoPry API is subject to the following conditions:

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by X9RR Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.

7. Data Processing

We process images submitted to the Service solely for the purpose of providing geolocation analysis. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored after analysis is complete, unless required for debugging purposes with your explicit consent. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, X9RR Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
• Any errors or omissions in the Service's output.
• Any third-party content or services accessed through the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless X9RR Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
